Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager – Digital Signage plays a pivotal role in defining and driving the product strategy for our digital signage solutions. This role blends strategic insight with deep customer empathy and technical understanding of digital display ecosystems. Responsible for the full product lifecycle - from concept and design through development, launch, and iteration - the Senior Product Manager ensures our digital signage offerings meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to customers. The ideal candidate will connect customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals, translating them into clear, actionable product initiatives that accelerate growth and innovation in the digital signage domain.

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Vision
Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for the product area, ensuring alignment with company objectives, customer needs, and market trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the market.

Product Discovery & Problem Definition
Lead product discovery in partnership with stakeholders and customers to identify high-impact problems. Translate insights into clear problem statements, outcomes, and well-defined product requirements.

Roadmap & Backlog Ownership
Own and continuously prioritise the product roadmap and backlog, making informed trade-offs based on customer feedback, market insights, and business priorities to maximise impact.

Product Development & Delivery
Partner closely with engineering teams throughout delivery, providing clarity on problem statements, priorities, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback to support effective execution.

Product Launch & Go-to-Market
Coordinate and lead product launches and go-to-market activities in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer teams, ensuring alignment and readiness.

Performance, Metrics & Outcomes
Define and track KPIs to measure product success, monitor outcomes, gather feedback, and iterate to drive continuous improvement.

Market & Competitive Analysis
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks that inform product decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Influence
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams, influencing alignment and decision-making to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Customer Advocacy
Champion the voice of the customer through research, interviews, usability testing, and ongoing feedback loops to inform prioritisation and product decisions.

Product Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
Support product enablement through training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing, helping internal teams and customers effectively adopt and use the product.

Technical Skills / Competencies

  • Deep understanding of digital signage technologies, including CMS platforms, display hardware, media players, and content delivery networks
  • Strong data orientation with proven ability to use analytics and customer insights to guide product strategy
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with an innovative, customer-first mindset
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to influence across technical and business teams
  • Ability to balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact in decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS or digital technology environments, including 4–5+ years in product management roles owning complex products
  • Demonstrated experience working in agile development environments and managing full product lifecycles
  • Experience engaging directly with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams in high-growth technology environments
  • Familiarity with AV integration, media management, and enterprise IT environments is a plus
  • Proven success leading distributed teams across time zones and collaborating in global settings
  • Knowledge across multiple functional areas, including product management, engineering, UX, marketing, and sales enablement
  • Experience with Jira Product Discovery is a plus
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for building structured, visually effective presentations
