Role OverviewWe are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Dublin team and play a central role in shaping the next generation of RxSense products. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience — gathering insights, defining requirements, and collaborating with engineering to deliver innovative solutions that improve how millions of people access their prescriptions. This is a hands-on role with significant impact on product direction and delivery.
Main Responsibilities- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features.
- Gather customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Prioritize the product backlog to maximize value and balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
- Act as product champion within cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Monitor product performance, metrics, and feedback, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- 5+ years’ experience in a Product Manager role within technology or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to define product roadmaps and deliver features in an agile setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with engineering teams, ideally in distributed or international contexts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
- Background in healthcare technology, fintech, or other regulated industries a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform product decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
