THE COMPANY

EBM is a data solution company specializing in
next-gen business analytics tools. We empower M&A professionals, finance departments, and organizations with fast, accurate, reliable insights.

Our software suite lets you tap into the power of data, making it accessible to manage, interpret, and scale.

THE ROLE

We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of key product initiatives. You’ll work across business, design, and engineering to define product direction, drive growth, and deliver measurable value to our users. As a PM, you own the full lifecycle—from problem discovery to go-to-market—aligning product work with business outcomes.

A successful candidate will:

  • Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with leadership, Engineering, Sales and Marketing.
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and align them with company OKRs.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and market opportunities.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to define and deliver solutions.
  • Translate customer insights and data into actionable product decisions.
  • Communicate product updates, priorities, and results to stakeholders and executives.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure feature success and overall product health.
  • Supporting the Programme Management function in creating a best-in-class product creation process.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product role in a tech
    driven company.

  • Proven track record of launching successful B2B products.
  • Strong strategic thinking with excellent execution and delivery skills.
  • Comfortable with both high-level product planning and low-level detail work.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience with customer interviews, product analytics tools, and roadmap management platforms.
  • Excellent storytelling and influence skills—especially when aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in dealing with large data sets from various sources.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, data platforms, or B2B software environments.
  • Exposure to API-driven products or backend-heavy systems.
  • Experience working in a Maturing Product environment.
  • Experience with Product Tools such as Figma, Confluence etc.
  • Familiarity with user journey mapping, service design, and experimentation.
  • MBA or advanced business/technical/mathematical degree.
