We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Product Manager at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the success of our products by developing and executing product strategies that meet market needs and align with our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that provide value to our customers.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Developing and managing the product roadmap, defining product features, and prioritizing initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the development and launch of products that meet customer needs and exceed market expectations.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market.
  • Gathering and analyzing user requirements and feedback to continuously improve the product and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Monitoring product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and refine product strategies.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product management, or a related field. Experience in product management, product development, or a related role within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry is preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies, manage product lifecycles, and deliver successful product launches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or product management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
