Thinkbait is our in-house digital marketing collective based in Dublin, employing digital and performance marketing specialists with UI/UX expertise, building best in class customer journeys, and applying their SEO experience to our digital marketing channels.

The Role:

The Product Management team is an integral part of the Thinkbait operation, and this role will support the growth of existing brands while contributing to the launch of new ones.

This role will work closely with the Development team, so an interest in technical concepts and a collaborative mindset when working with engineers will be important. You’ll help translate business needs into clear requirements and support the delivery of website and platform updates to a high standard.

A familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and Agile workflows will be an advantage. Most importantly, you should be comfortable working with technical teams and open to learning more about digital product delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

As a Product Manager, you will need to flex your focus across multiple brands and platforms, ensuring that websites are continuously optimised and maintained to a high standard.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are vital, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams based in the UK and USA. You’ll take ownership of projects from inception through to delivery, driving progress and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

 

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gathering requirements and scoping of project briefs. 
  • Creation and management of project plans and timelines.
  • Setting tasks to support wider project plans to ensure all requirements are captured in line with the plan.
  • Gathering task estimates and planning work/tasks for the Sprints.
  • Leading Sprint Planning sessions to ensure alignment, feasibility, and accurate estimation of work.
  • Ongoing monitoring of Sprint tasks to ensure teams are hitting deadlines.
  • Leading Review meetings with Key Stakeholders and tracking actions/notes/next steps. 
  • Coordination of release deliverables and the timeline for implementation.
  • Support the testing and release process.
  • Ensure feedback and requests from the business are seamlessly integrated into new feature planning.
  • Maintaining release notes and regularly communicating the status of new features and releases.
  • Management of various Jira, Trello and Monday.com boards.
  • Working closely with our Design Team, Development Teams, CRO Team, Trading Teams and Content Team.

Technical Skills & Product Delivery Knowledge:

  • Confident managing the full lifecycle of website or digital product projects - from initial briefing through to final delivery, with clear tracking of goals and milestones.
  • Strong understanding of web UX principles and user-centric design.
  • Experienced in collaborating with both design and development teams.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently to move projects forward.
  • Skilled at leading stakeholder meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking.
  • Competent in testing and QA processes, ensuring final outputs align with approved briefs and designs.
  • Proficient at translating requirements into clear, actionable tasks for creative and development teams.
  • Well-versed in sprint planning and agile workflows, ensuring accurate task estimation and resource allocation.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong at motivating teams to deliver against deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Proficient user of JIRA, Trello, Monday.com, MS Project, and Excel.

 

Experience - Essential:

  • Demonstrable (ideally 3 years +) Digital/Website project management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience managing senior stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to create project plans using MS Project and manage the project plan throughout its life span.
