Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Betfair International Gaming team, part of Flutter International (under Flutter Entertainment). You’ll be joining a dynamic team spread across Leeds, Dublin, Malta, Cluj and London, driving product innovation and delivering customer value. In this role, you’ll manage a 6-12 month roadmap for multiple squads, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and implement data-driven improvements that enhance user experience. Strong stakeholder management and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business are essential. Occasional travel and flexibility to support business needs are required.

What you’ll do:

  • Be part of the wider Gaming Product Management function, which includes Project Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Content Management and Operations teams.
  • Create and manage the 6-12mth roadmap for up to 2 assigned squads in Gaming, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Prioritise delivering customer value quickly, through CI or experiments wherever suitable or possible.
  • Define product features, write high-level requirements and present lean initiative canvases to the wider gaming group.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to own the basis of your product market fit.
  • Focus on the customer and user experience, by gathering and analysis customer feedback, to ensure product features meet / exceed user’s needs.
  • Collaborate cross functionally, negotiate scope and support the PO to ensure seamless product development.
  • Review, measure and assess initiative success through performance monitoring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of stakeholders; internal and external- and across Betfair UKI counterparts or other brands within Flutter
  • Help to better circulate UKI plans for INT inclusion (e.g. with Commercial, Customer Service and Marketing)
  • Learn to self-serve product metrics for your area and experiments (e.g. Looker and Google Analytics)
  • Be autonomous, make decisions and escalate where required
  • Flag inefficiencies with current processes and ways of working
  • Work closely with regulatory compliance, to ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous Product Mgt experience within a squad
  • Experience within scaled agile development environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize a demanding and complex workload
  • Ability to use analytics and information to problem solve
  • Microsoft packages, Confluence and JIRA (or similar)
  • Ability to often switch context

  • Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of a further foreign language (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian) is an advantage

  • Up to quarterly travel to Cluj, Dublin, London, Porto, Malta, Leeds
  • Pivot and support areas outside of your remit where the business needs
  • Juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and sometimes high-risk implications
