TEAM OVERVIEW
KKR’s Technology, Engineering, and Data team is responsible for our technological foundation including our data platforms, AI initiatives, and critical integrations that accelerate our path to transformation. The Technology, Engineering, and Data team invests in new technology that will support and scale our business to create an intelligent, data centric culture. The team is also responsible for systems and tools that manage our investor contact data, permissions, and other content within our client-facing portal and support integrations that feed into those systems. The team consists of highly technical and skilled employees with the ability to form strong partnerships between technology and business segments.
POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is looking to add a talented product manager to focus on the Human Capital technology ecosystem. As KKR rapidly scales its business, you will make significant contributions to the technology that underpins human capital management. You will be at the center of a strategic transformation to support our growth. You will partner with Human Capital and Technology on executing the Human Capital tech roadmap across a number of technologies, vendors, and services.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of standard human capital functions, experience working with Workday, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and complex business environment. You are able to work with stakeholders to understand needs, identify user workflows, and gather requirements to inform the best technology solution and design. You are able to confidently recommend ways to meet stakeholders’ needs, simplify the tech stack, and improve the end user experience for both Human Capital and the employee base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product discovery - work with business partners to identify personas and 'jobs to be done', map out user workflows, and gather requirements
- Research and analysis – gather and evaluate user input, data, and market research
- Stay ahead of industry trends– proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements.
- Agile delivery through product lifecycle - execute upon the Human Capital tech roadmap and leading agile practices - writing user stories with technical requirements, managing the backlog, conducting delivery sprints, testing, deployment, post-launch support
- Drive adoption and user experience - leading change management, training, and communications to ensure employees (both HC team and broader employee base) get the most out of the HC tech stack
- Stakeholder communication - Ability to communicate the roadmap and progress to stakeholders
- Build strong relationships - working with key partners in areas such as Human Capital, Engineering, InfoSec, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and Corporate Services & Real Estate
- Governance - Ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting excellence to support business insights and regulatory needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years experience in Human Capital technology management
- Knowledge of and experience with Workday, in particular HCM
- Strong track record of partnering with Human Capital teams to deliver tech solutions that improve employee experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to influence across functions and levels
- Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy, compliance, and reporting needs
