TEAM OVERVIEW
KKR’s Technology, Engineering, and Data team is responsible for our technological foundation including our data platforms, AI initiatives, and critical integrations that accelerate our path to transformation. The Technology, Engineering, and Data team invests in new technology that will support and scale our business to create an intelligent, data centric culture. The team is also responsible for systems and tools that manage our investor contact data, permissions, and other content within our client-facing portal and support integrations that feed into those systems. The team consists of highly technical and skilled employees with the ability to form strong partnerships between technology and business segments.
POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is looking to add a talented product manager to focus on the Workday ecosystem, within the Technology organization in partnership with Human Capital. As KKR rapidly scales its business, you will make significant contributions to the technology that underpins human capital management. You will be at the centre of a Workday integration of a new business unit as well as the strategic transformation of the platform. You will partner with Human Capital and Technology on the HRIS vision, strategy, and design and have responsibility over Workday implementations.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of standard human capital functions, deep expertise in Workday (especially Core HCM), and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and complex business environment. You are able to adapt to changing requirements and form strong partnerships with your counterparts in both Human Capital and Technology. You are able to confidently recommend ways to make better use of the Workday platform to meet needs, simplify the tech stack, and improve the end user experience for both Human Capital and the employee base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the Workday product roadmap – define strategy, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions aligned with Human Capital and business objectives.
- Partner with Human Capital leaders and stakeholders to translate complex Human Capital needs (e.g., talent management, compensation, payroll, benefits) into scalable system solutions.
- Lead the product lifecycle – from requirements gathering and backlog management to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Drive adoption and user experience by leading change management, training, and communications to ensure employees get the most out of Workday.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting excellence to support business insights and regulatory needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and Workday releases – proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Human Capital, Technology, vendors, and consultants to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years experience in Human Capital technology management
- Deep understanding of Workday, in particular Workday HCM
- Strong track record of partnering with Human Capital teams to deliver tech solutions that improve employee experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to influence across functions and levels
- Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy, compliance, and reporting needs

- Strong understanding of Human Capital processes and Workday HCM modules, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Proven product management skills, including roadmap ownership, requirements gathering, and agile delivery.
