We are seeking a Product Manager to help define and drive effortless relationship management experiences, starting with our order-to-cash and go-to-market tools. In this critical role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate in an Agile team environment, make significant contributions to meaningful initiatives, and interact with every facet of our business. We’re looking for someone who is driven by positively impacting customers, and will ruthlessly prioritise on their 

behalf.

In this role, you will help define and build customer-inspired capabilities which drive continuous advancements and improvements through our internal systems, storefront and product strategy, business proposition and technical direction. You will help us seek and implement new ways to deliver a comprehensive Product portfolio strategy and customer experience.

The Day to Day:

  • Deliver customer and business value incrementally and iteratively!

  • Help create business cases for new opportunities that will lift our business, and practice pitching those opportunities to stakeholders.

  • Use data to develop deep insights into our customer behaviour and customer needs.

  • Learn to translate customer needs into crisp user stories with acceptance criteria.

  • Ownership and synthesis of improved experience opportunities into a detailed, specific, and prioritised backlog.

  • Partner with Designers and Researchers to hold customer interviews, gather customer feedback, and drive pilot engagements.

  • Work with stakeholders to prepare their teams to support our product strategy.

  • Serve as the authority and evangelist for evolving our product catalog and improved go-to-market execution.

  • Continuously build on your domain expertise by reading industry blogs, reports, and other sources of knowledge to develop sound perspective on technologies available to our business

  • Partner with other cross-functional leaders to set prices and focus our investments in the right areas.

  • Work closely with the engineering teams to design, schedule and deliver in an agile environment.

  • Work alongside Program Management to define and deliver the right priorities. Set clear expectations on projects, product launches and coordinated release plans.

  • Be a great teammate to the other members of your Agile Scrum team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree and/or equivalent experience in a field with a strong emphasis on technology (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, Mathematics and/or Business).

  • 3+ years of experience in the technology industry in engineering and/or Product Management teams.

  • Technical background, preferably with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or similar technologies.  

  • Understanding of software development platforms, web platforms, databases and/or software-defined infrastructure.

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in software implementation life-cycle (Agile, Iterative and Incremental, Waterfall etc.)

  • Basic Excel or SQL operations and analysis with large-scale datasets.

  • Ability to communicate software product features, technical designs, and product strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.

  • High attention to detail and experience leading multiple, contending priorities simultaneously.

  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to push things over the finish line!
