  • Customer and Market Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), working internal stakeholders, customers, and the Lab team to identify needs, refine user personas, user stories, use cases, and detailed product requirements. Synthesize market requirements, competitive landscape analysis, and intimate customer knowledge into actionable product support details.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely and collaborate across the value chain, guiding key internal stakeholders (The Lab, Sales, Marketing, Alliance Partners, and Customer Success) to optimize margins, achieve goal alignment, and ensure the success of the product per plan.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Help to create and ensure Origina’s stakeholders achieve alignment and targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Own the evaluation and assessment of key operational metrics, including revenue/margins, market share, quality performance, market segments, and quarterly and annual financial targets.
  • Communication: Deliver clear, compelling presentations to Sales, Customer Operations,  and Customers on support features and benefits, clearly articulating product decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Presales Team on IBM software products and licensing within the sales cycle, providing expert guidance, performing technical objection handling, and assisting the commercial team in structuring complex deals to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record of delivering impactful products.
  • Experience partnering with technology teams to build and communicate product roadmaps based on business objectives, market research, and customer insights.
  • Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to drive decisions independently.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., metrics analysis) to inform product decisions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constant learning and adaptation.
