Working with colleagues across Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Operations, you’ll build strong relationships and deliver positive outcomes for customers and the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the end-to-end lifecycle management of European funds, including product launches, amendments, mergers and closures
  • Coordinating product projects, milestones, deliverables, working groups, testing, risks and issues
  • Ensuring products and fund documentation remain aligned with regulatory requirements, governance frameworks and internal policies
  • Conducting product, fund and thematic reviews to assess customer outcomes, product risks and opportunities for enhancement
  • Providing technical product support across regulation, tax, registrations, disclosures, customer channels and operational matters
  • Partnering with operational teams and service providers to support the effective delivery and implementation of product activity
  • Reviewing customer, competitor, industry and regulatory developments to help inform product strategy and proposition design
  • Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, governance committees, fund boards and external partners

Who we’re looking for:

  • Experience in product strategy, development and lifecycle management within the asset management industry
  • Knowledge of launching, registering, operating and amending pooled investment funds across relevant jurisdictions
  • A good understanding of pooled product structures, including UCITS and non-UCITS funds
  • An understanding of the regulatory requirements relevant to product governance and European fund ranges
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail, alongside a commitment to improving processes and delivery
  • A collaborative communication style, with the confidence to engage constructively and influence stakeholders
  • A degree or equivalent experience, with a relevant professional qualification such as IMC, CFA or CAIA being advantageous

Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:

  • The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
  • Generous pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Healthcare Plan (permanent employees only)
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays, 26 days after 2 years’ service. There’s also the option to buy and sell holiday
  • Competitive family leave
  • Participate in our electric car scheme, which offers employees the option to hire a brand-new electric car through tax efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)
  • There are many discounts we offer – both for our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
  • We’re creating net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 by investing in our sustainable, modern offices across the UK, all designed to bring people together and elevate the in‑person experience
