We are seeking a brilliant Product Manager for our Common Services team in Tel Aviv. This pivotal role, requiring business and technical skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent interviewing and facilitation techniques, will play a crucial part in our growth. You will lead initiatives that expand our product line and address key pain points, significantly impacting our success. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Refine and prioritize needs to align engineering teams with project scopes, objectives, and requirements. 

• Support other product teams worldwide in delivering value to customers. 

Job Requirements 

• 4+ years as a SaaS Product Manager, preferably with cloud solutions for business process management. 

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or a related field. 

• Strong decision-making and proactive communication skills with all stakeholders. 

• Team player with a collaborative nature. 

• Technical fluency in Engineering concepts and tradeoffs. 

• Persuasive, motivating, and able to engage at all levels. 

• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive teams towards execution. 

• Excellent English (written and spoken). Willingness to travel internationally. 

Advantages 

• Familiarity or background in construction or architectural space – a huge advantage! 

• Experience working with large-scale distributed systems. 

• Programming experience.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
