Job Summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, are a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Product Manager – Busway, EMEA for our Busway product range, located remotely in the Europe.

Reporting to the Global Product Line Director - Busway the Product Manager – Busway, EMEA will be responsible for P&L analysis, customer engagement, market strategy, pricing recommendations, operational excellence, and R&D input, with a strong emphasis on compliance with IEC, EN and other relevant EMEA standards. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners to position Anord Mardix as a leader in Busway solutions.

This role would ideally be based in a country where we have a Power Site – UK, Ireland or Poland, but wider Europe can be considered.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Develop and recommend product line strategies tailored to the EMEA market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

  • Monitor and analyse P&L performance for the Product Line in the EMEA, providing insights and recommendations to maximize profitability and growth in our go to market approach.

  • Prepare business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in product development, engineering.

  • Conduct ongoing research to understand EMEA market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.  

  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on market needs.  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required.                 

  • Ideally 5 years’ experience in product management, or a related field, ideally in Busway solutions.                 

  • Demonstrated experience in P&L analysis, strategic planning, and business case development within EMEA.               

  • Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards (IEC, EN, etc.).                  

  • Experience supporting sustainability initiatives and ESG implementation.                 

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.           

  • Experience with data centre, electric utility and/or renewable energy markets.

  • Willingness to travel within EMEA, up to 50%
