In this role, you will own the learning experience across the customer lifecycle—from onboarding and activation to advanced product usage—helping drive product adoption, reduce support burden, and enable internal teams to speak confidently about the product.
As a key player at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, and Enablement, you will lead a team (or collaborate cross-functionally) to deliver scalable, data-informed learning solutions that align with business outcomes.
Learning Strategy & Program Ownership
- Define and lead the end-to-end product learning strategy for internal and external audiences.
- Design scalable learning programs aligned to key SaaS metrics like activation, retention, and feature adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management to ensure educational content is timely and aligned with release cycles.
Content & Delivery
- Oversee the development of high-quality, multi-format learning assets: eLearning modules, live workshops, in-app guidance, onboarding journeys, videos, and product documentation.
- Own the LMS or LXP strategy and content governance, ensuring materials are accessible, searchable, and up to date.
- Deliver classroom and remote product training.
- Evaluate and implement learning technologies (LMS, in-app guidance tools, knowledge platforms) to support user education.
Cross-functional Enablement
- Lead internal product enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams.
- Create role-specific learning pathways for technical and non-technical users.
Measurement & Optimization
- Define and track learning KPIs such as engagement, knowledge retention, time-to-productivity, and support ticket deflection.
- Gather and analyze learner feedback, usage data, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Product Training, or Customer Education within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven experience leading learning strategy or enablement programs across multiple stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of SaaS user behaviour and customer lifecycle touchpoints.
- Skilled in instructional design and adult learning methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Captivate/Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Rise, WalkMe, Pendo, Camtasia, or equivalent.
- Experience managing or collaborating with learning platforms (e.g., Docebo, WorkRamp, LearnUpon) and knowledge bases.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate trainer experience including classroom training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling product learning programs for multiple user personas (e.g., end users, admins, partners).
- Familiarity with product analytics, A/B testing, and using data to drive learning strategy.
- Background in Customer Success, Product Marketing, or UX a strong plus.
- Third Level Qualification in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Education, or a related field.
