We are looking for a Product Growth/Marketing Manager who can help grow our talent base from 25K to 250K candidates. You’ll have to design and run experiments to try new acquisition channels as well as optimise the current flows to optimize conversions.

We have launched on 7th of March with Meta, Zalando, Flixbus, Bolt, Gorillas and a group of Vs as partners and landed 16K jobs, 25K applicants and got 2.5M page views, c.50K job applications and estimate to have gotten 5K+ applicants to screening interviews with c.400-600 hired. Your qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in B2C Growth Marketing in digital products • Proven experience to scale products from k to kkk users
• Ability to work independently in small dynamic teams
• Analytical mindset and experience working with data
