Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Product Lead to own Customer Enablement — the stream that turns benefits into everyday value for employers and employees.
Your team builds and refines the experiences where benefits come alive: Spend Card, Total Reward Statements, bring-your-own-benefits, funding and payroll integrations, onboarding, and dashboards that unite insurance and investment data.
You’ll lead a cross-functional team shaping how people actually use their benefits across web and mobile — connecting the logic of our financial systems to the experiences that make them feel effortless.
What You’ll DoLead discovery and delivery for projects such as spend card, funding, and world class onboarding experiences.
Shape product pitches that tie user insight to measurable engagement outcomes.
Collaborate with design and engineering to build cohesive, performant experiences across devices.
Partner with the Insurance and Investments streams to surface unified benefit data and actions.
Ensure the experience is consistent, intuitive, and scales as we add more providers.
Background as a founder, PM/tech lead, or product-minded engineer who’s built transactional or fintech products.
Strong empathy for users and design sensibility — you care about flow, clarity, and polish.
Experience leading small, cross-functional teams shipping end-user products.
Ability to make evidence-based product calls while moving fast.
Great communicator who can align technical and business context.
