Product Designers at Oomnitza work across teams to define, create, and deliver all user-facing aspects of our product. In close collaboration with Engineering and Product Management, they research and develop user experiences, and then translate them into high-quality designs to be tested and shipped. Oomnitza Product Designers are responsible for creating elegant, functional enterprise products that customers love to use.

What you'll do
- In this role you will help build and enhance the Oomnitza product by concepting, designing, and prototyping high-quality product experiences.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Oomnitza product offering, its users, and the product UI to inform product direction.
- Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that streamline and enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and leadership to shape product strategy and execution.
- Share work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration.
- Interpret and translate complex problems into intuitive, delightful design solutions.
Who you are
- 5+ years relevant design experience, ideally in the enterprise space.
- A current portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality product design examples.
- Proficiency in applying design systems to deliver consistent, scalable, and maintainable product design experiences.
- Experience partnering closely with product, engineering and other cross-functional teams to drive product direction.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle user and business needs with competing priorities to arrive at the best possible design solutions.
- Enthusiastic, positive self-starter who will have a direct impact on the practice of design at Oomnitza.
