What Will You Be Doing 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our product design team. In this role, you will lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered designs for our SaaS regtech products, while fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. You will be instrumental in shaping the design vision, mentoring peers, and driving improvements in processes and stakeholder collaboration. 

Responsibilities 

  • You will be constantly improving our design team processes  
  • Working cross functionally with engineering and product teams
  • Being an inspiration to junior peers  
  • Use JTBD to build complex systems for our SaaS regtech products 
  • Help define our design principles and be able to communicate them across the business 
Requirements

Expectations 

  • 3+ years' experience in designing complex systems in a B2B environment 
  • Experience designing SaaS web applications 
  • Experience communicating your vision and decisions to different audiences  
  • Experience managing a design process from end to end 
  • Familiarity with the JTBD framework 
  • Experience working within a design system 
  • Experience working on multiple design projects at the same time and managing timelines  
  • Experience in using data to drive design processes and decisions 
  • Experience in creating and leveraging B2B user role personas to improve communication and design  
  • Experience using tools such as Figma and Lucid 
  • A growth mindset, willing to challenge yourself and be curious.
