We are looking for a talented Product Designer with a proactive, self-starter mindset to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate across product, design, engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to understand our current products and deliver actionable insights that enhance our digital experiences.

As a Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of crafting user-centered designs that balance business goals with exceptional usability and aesthetic appeal. You’ll contribute to shaping the future of our products while fostering a strong design culture within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure designs align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Design and refine features end-to-end, from initial concept and UX design to pixel-perfect execution.
  • Create, prototype, and document interactions and behaviors for the product.
  • Conduct research and analyze industry trends to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.
  • Partner with user researchers to conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on findings.
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Proactively identify and advocate for improvements, focusing on small details that make a big impact.
  • Work closely with engineers and other partners to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
  • Contribute to fostering a strong design culture within the company by mentoring, sharing knowledge, and championing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, or a related field like applied arts, architecture, industrial design or other alike
  • You have 5+ years of experience conceptualizing, designing, prototyping, and shipping products with engineers
  • Experience communicating to executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and translate ambiguous requirements into tangible outputs
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Self-starter/proactive mindset
  • You enjoy telling stories using both words and visuals

Nice to Haves

  • Masters or PhD Degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field
  • Experience working in the identity industry
  • Proven track record in mentoring and advocating for good product design practices
