Responsibilities:

1. User Research: Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.

2. Conceptualization: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define product goals and requirements. Translate these into design concepts and strategies.

3. User-Centered Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions. Ensure designs prioritize user needs and usability.

4. Information Architecture: Organize and structure the product's content and features in a logical and user-friendly manner, creating effective navigation and information hierarchies.

5. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Use feedback to refine and improve the user interface.

6. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency across the product and organization.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and QA testers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Design, HCI, Interaction Design) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma,, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a critical eye for detail.
