We are looking for a Product Design Lead to own product design, mentor and grow the design team, and drive a unified, scalable design strategy across multiple products, platforms, and regions. You will have the opportunity to evolve our design system, improve workflows, and introduce innovative solutions that set industry-leading standards, while leading a talented team and making a lasting impact on both product and brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and support the product design team: define priorities, distribute tasks, coach, and build a strong design culture
- Iterate on team workflows to improve efficiency, clarity, and collaboration
- Own the quality of product design across the entire user journey - from research and wireframes to final UI
- Ensure design quality through structured reviews, feedback sessions, and ongoing refinement
- Maintain and evolve the product’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability
- Establish, document, and refine design processes and best practices across teams
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape product strategy and execution
- Drive the discovery process: run or support user interviews, generate insights, frame problems, and validate solutions
- Work with metrics, user feedback, and behavioral insights to inform and validate design decisions
- Align design efforts with business goals and measure impact through user and product metrics
- Promote design thinking across the organization and champion user-centric decision-making
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and methodologies - and bring fresh perspectives into the team
Requirements
- 4+ years in UX/UI and product design,including 1-2 years in a lead role
- Strong UX/UI, human-centered design, and design thinking skills
- Deep knowledge of the product development lifecycle with experience in both web and mobile design
- Proven experience in building and managing design teams
- Experience scaling design processes and design systems
- Excellent collaboration with PMs, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to advocate design choices
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
- Data-informed mindset: ability to leverage user insights
- Competitor analysis, knowledge of current design trends and best practices
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Portfolio: a compelling portfolio showcasing your design expertise across UX/UI, motion, and graphic design, with visually stunning and user-friendly products
Will be a plus
- Experience in the FinTech industry, crypto, NFT, or Web3
