About this role
This role is part of the Supply Categories Procurement team. You will be responsible and focus on delivery of both the Europe Spirits Category AOP and the Supply Categories Procurement AOP.
You will be a member of the Supply Category Procurement LT and the Europe Spirits Category LT and will leverage these relationships to create the conditions for great integration of our suppliers and partners into the wider Europe Spirits end to end Supply chain
You will be responsible for partnering with a diverse set of key stakeholder relationships across Europe Spirits and Procurement. In Europe Spirits, you will develop great relationships with Planning, Innovation & Brand Change, Finance and the Manufacturing teams. In Procurement, the Market Category Managers, the Global Procurement and CPRM teams.
You will be the key engagement point for the Europe Spirits Category into Procurement and will oversee the brilliant execution of the Procurement delivery within the Europe Spirits AOP. You will leverage your Europe Spirits category relationships to create the conditions for success and resource prioritisation to enable the maximum possible Procurement impact.
Your leadership on the above will deliver:
This role is pivotal in leading the development of the Europe Spirits Category AOP and ensuring that Procurement and Europe Spirits collaborate efficiently to maximise the delivery of productivity. Our aspiration is to transform from 3% delivery per annum to 5%
You will collaborate with Procurement Sustainability teams and the Europe Spirits Category to deliver a 15% Scope 3 carbon reduction by 2026 ensuring end to end alignment of our Scope 1,2 and 3 plans.
You will leverage Europe Spirits category insights and the expertise of the Procurement community to leverage supplier capabilities to implement innovative & transformational supply solutions across the end-to-end supply chain of Europe Spirits that are not currently in our outlook.
About you

You'll have excellent understanding of the Procurement Category Management process including Category Strategy Development and Supplier Performance Management.

The ability to build and sustain great relationships with multiple stakeholders and to collaborate efficiently.

Strong analytical and financial awareness including an understanding of Total Cost of Ownership and end to end value delivery. Use of advanced data and analytics (cost modelling & projection) to drive best in class strategies and negotiation plans beneficial.

Experience of supply chain management in different business functions

Demonstrated performance when both leading and working on projects with cross-functional teams, experience in executing projects aligned to category and Procurement strategies.

Track record of generating insights to influence decision-making and inform transformational opportunities

Ability and credibility to build a business case and influence stakeholders.
