Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on process and quality support for production, assisting with new process implementation, client onboarding, new product introduction, and driving continuous improvement across all of Iron Mountain's divisions.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will:
Provide hands-on process and quality support for production.
Assist with all engineering activities relating to new process implementation, onboarding Clients, and the introduction of new products across all of IM’s divisions.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, or regulations, including performing quality-related activities such as First Article Inspections, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (mainly ISO), and supporting the investigation and documentation of Customer complaints/CAPAs.
Collaborate with the IS&T department and Engineering on aligning the physical processes
Participate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes, and drive User Acceptance Testing & production rollout.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
NPI & Manufacturing support experience.
Strong knowledge of Problem Solving with excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability in Knowledge of Lean Methodologies and Continuous Improvement mindset.
Working knowledge of ISO and comfortable on IT systems (ERP, CRM, QMS) are desirable.
Location: Cork or Drogheda.
