THE OPPORTUNITY:

Title: Process Engineer

Location:  Cork, Ireland (onsite role)

Permanent role, full time employee

Primary purpose of the role:

We have a requirement for a tech savvy Process Engineer to join our global IST & Engineering group.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on projects in the areas of Process Automation, Digitalization Innovation, New Process/Product Implementation and Circular Economy/Sustainability focused Digital Transformation.

Your role in our mission:

• Provide hands-on Engineering support to operations, maintaining production uptime
• Support New Product & Process Implementation
• Work jointly with Test Engineering in the development of test automation solutions
• Collaborate with the IST departments on digitalization projects, aligning systems with the physical processes.
• Connect Business development & customer service on customer onboarding projects

• Working with the quality department developing and implementing quality standards/control systems
• Write well-structured work instructions and training material, ensuring all related documentations are maintaining compliance 
• Participate in Product and Process qualification plus User Acceptance Testing
• Identifying opportunities for process/system enhancements and drive Continuous Improvement projects
• Running production time studies, develop metrics and corresponding KPIs
• Customer focused interaction with End of Quarter Support
• Travel & off-site project work opportunities
 

Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• NPI & Manufacturing support or relevant experience
• Comfortable on IT systems, ERP, CRM, QMS etc desirable
• Working Knowledge of Nav Dynamics 2017 an advantage
• Working Knowledge of ISO desirable
• Problem Solver with excellent analytical & troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail
• Get things done
• Well-versed in technology, IT systems and Equipment
• Willingness to travel
