You work as part of a cross-functional and take on an active role in capability building on technology and IL6S work processes and establish continuous improvement as living culture by permanently challenging the status quo and behaviors of all employees at the plant to deliver conversion productivity targets and support delivery of other functional goals (safety, quality, service).
How you will contribute
You will:
- Own Loss Analysis of the Line/s and engages the line team in loss analysis, deploying loss elimination targets, and manages loss elimination activities of the line working with the line teams
- Take part in the IL6S program governance - development of Site Loss Analysis, Productivity/GE reporting, Roadmap etc.
- Support the achievement of the plant conversion productivity target and identifying opportunities to close potential gaps.
- Build capability in the line organization on IL6S work processes; initiates and supports training and qualification programs.
- Track improvement ideas (kaizen) and discusses with plant management details and required resources. Communicates to the shop floor information concerning production parameters, safety, environment, list of ideas, etc. on a regular basis.
- Partner with the line leader to deliver the SQDCSM targets of the line/s and ensures process stability.
- Leads VSU projects for any initiatives occurring on the line under the coaching of the IL6S site leader and the IIM leader
- Gain hands-on experience in operating the equipment; builds self-capability in systems and processes; prepares work instructions, SOPs and procedures on machine operation and line organization.

Relevant engineering experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment (Food Science/ Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering) is required.
Please note this position is based in our Svoge Plant.
