What does this role entail?

In this exciting and impactful role, you’ll be immersed in a diverse range of programmes within our Privacy & Risk function — from Risk Management and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and ESG initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally, contribute to high-visibility projects, and help shape the way we manage risk and uphold our commitment to responsible, sustainable operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Privacy & Risk Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the ongoing maintenance of our risk register and facilitating regular risk reviews in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the documentation of risk mitigation strategies and evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls.
  • Tracking and monitoring remediation efforts for third-party/vendor risks, including coordinating re-assessments when necessary.
  • Coordinating updates and continuous improvements to our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) framework.
  • Assisting in the implementation and progress tracking of company-wide sustainability initiatives and ESG goals.
  • Gathering and organizing ESG-related data to support internal reporting, and responses to customer due diligence requests.
  • Supporting the review and maintenance of policies.
  • Pitching in on ad hoc projects and initiatives that support the broader Privacy & Risk function.
Requirements
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and a genuine interest in diving deeper into key areas such as Risk Management, Business Continuity, ESG, and Third-Party Risk.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — especially when it comes to breaking down complex topics into clear, actionable insights.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Confidence with productivity tools like Microsoft 365 (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred (nice to have):

  • Internship or 1–2 years of experience in a compliance, risk, or security-related role—ideally within a SaaS or tech company.
