Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Design and oversee end-to-end solution architectures across Salesforce and other enterprise systems, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs.
- Technical Leadership: Provide thought leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, establish best practices for development, integration, and deployment across platforms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive and aligned solution delivery across systems.
- Project Oversight: Lead solution delivery from planning through deployment, ensuring quality, scope, and timelines are met.
- Platform Strategy & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities, recommending new tools and technologies, and fostering innovation across platforms.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Experience designing and integrating solutions across multiple platforms, including public cloud services and on-premises systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in data modeling, security design, and performance optimization across large datasets and complex environments.
- Experience with ETL processes, data migration, and managing multi-system integrations.
Must Have
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, including significant experience with Salesforce.
- 4+ years in a technical leadership or solution architecture role, with proven success designing complex, multi-system environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Certifications in other enterprise platforms or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, MuleSoft) are a plus
