Principal Solution Architect, ServiceNow AI Platform Integrations(m \ f \ x)
Help shape the future of IT operations and observability by building deep integrations between Dynatrace and ServiceNow.
Reporting to the Director of Global Strategic Technology Alliances and Ecosystems in the Office of Technology and Product (OTP), the Principal Solution Architect drives the technical core of our ServiceNow partnership. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and Product Architects from both Dynatrace and ServiceNow, driving solution design, reference architecture, technical advisory, and co-innovation, ensuring customers realize the full power of Dynatrace combined with ServiceNow.
Your responsibilities include:
- Co-innovate with Dynatrace Product & Engineering teams and ServiceNow counterparts, translating market needs into high-impact features.
- Drive and shape end-to-end solution design, validation, and lifecycle management for Dynatrace–ServiceNow integrations and modules, including ITOM, ITSM, Security & Risk, and Workflow.
- Contribute to reference architectures, implementation guides, and demo environments to accelerate adoption and showcase best practices.
- Oversee certification and quality-assurance processes for integrations published on the ServiceNow Store and Dynatrace Hub.
- Act as a technical advisor for complex integration challenges, leading proofs-of-concept and solution workshops.
- Capture and relay feedback from customers and partners to continuously refine integration patterns and product roadmaps.
- 7–10+ years of experience as Solution Architect (or similar), ideally in cloud, data ingestion, observability, or integrations.
- 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing ITOM/ITSM solutions, with hands-on ServiceNow integration expertise.
- Holding a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (ITOM or ITSM).
- Proven track record of designing and delivering certified integrations between enterprise software vendors.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to build consensus across Product, Engineering, and Partner teams.
- Deep expertise in REST APIs, scripting (JavaScript), event ingestion, workflow automation, CSDM and CMDB
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and technical writing abilities.
Nice to have:
Additional experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) and/or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), DevOps.
Familiarity with Dynatrace observability, application security, automation, and DevSecOps concepts.
Additional ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Application Developer.
Location & Travel
This is a remote position based in the United States (East-coast-friendly) or EMEA (within six hours of Linz, Austria). Regular time-zone overlap with U.S. Eastern Time and EMEA teams is required. Expect 20–30% travel for partner workshops, customer engagements, and industry events such as ServiceNow Knowledge. Compensation is competitive and aligned with the candidate’s country of residence.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 100.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
