About the Role
Fresco is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered smart recipe capabilities that help home cooks solve everyday cooking challenges.
You will work with cross-functional teams, focused on creating seamless and valuable experiences for home cooks while ensuring effective integrations with our partners—some of the world's largest appliance brands.
We are looking for someone with a strong bias to action, with strong product sense and a passion for innovation in IoT, AI, and user experience.
As the key product decision-maker in your value stream (which includes multiple product teams), you should be confident in making evidence-based decisions with clear rationale.
You will inspire and support our design and engineering teams while building authentic and trusting relationships with our partners and stakeholders.
We embrace remote and hybrid working patterns, though occasional travel to Dublin will be required.

Your Skills and Experience
This role is ideal for experienced Principal Product Managers or Senior PMs seeking to take on a more strategic leadership role.
- Proven experience in product management working hands-on with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to execute a product vision and strategy.
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to bring together diverse teams around a shared goal and drive results through collaboration and influence.
- A track record of launching impactful products, balancing speed and quality to meet user needs effectively.
- Data-informed decision-making, with a clear rationale supported by evidence and insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex decisions and technical concepts to different audiences, including partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- A keen interest in AI and LLM technologies, with experience working with machine learning or AI teams.
- Experience in test-and-learn discovery methods and an iterative approach to delivering value.
- A customer and commercial mindset, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritise work.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.
- At least five years of experience in consumer product management.

- Owning the delivery of Smart Recipe product strategy - a core pillar of the KitchenOS platform
- Working daily with design, platform, and AI engineers, coordinating product development across multiple teams within a cross-functional value stream.
- Developing a deep understanding of the cooking space, including the needs and challenges faced by home cooks.
- Applying strong product practices with a customer-led and data-informed mindset.
- Collaborating with appliance partners to ensure product alignment and deliver exceptional end-to-end experiences.
- Actively contributing to the Product Management team, driving continuous improvement and skill development.
- Partnering effectively across functions, including Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to maximise the impact of the team’s work.
