How you'll make an impact

  • Define strategic design direction and vision for key areas or initiatives
  • Collaborate with design, product, strategy, and technology leaders to align on direction
  • Clearly communicate strategic design direction to designers and teams
  • Drive impact as a force multiplier—amplifying team efforts to better solve customer problems

What you'll do

  • Champion and drive product principles and practices, including exploring new critical thinking approaches to solve complex customer problems
  • Introduce new technologies, techniques and design tools to improve performance and process
  • Ensure strategies are set up to scale and evolve solutions to critical customer problems across multiple teams and areas of the business
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver stunning and effective end-to-end product experiences

What you'll bring with you

  • Experience leading other designers working on complex software and services
  • Experience building and iterating on a product based on usage patterns, user feedback and an evolving strategic and landscape
  • A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design outcomes, contributing to user experience and business value
  • A mastery of the entire design process from uncovering customer needs and pain points, to executing elegant interfaces
