We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Product Designer with a passion for and track record of creating exceptional user experiences. As a Principal Product Designer, you will work across all products and collaborate closely with business owners to share the future of our product offerings. You will be responsible for designing high-quality, user-centered design solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand business and user requirements and translate them into design solutions
Lead the design of new product features and enhancements from ideation to launch, ensuring the design meets user needs and aligns with business goals
Work with UXR to conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communication design concepts and interactions
Present design concepts and user insights to stakeholders and effectively weed through feedback to extract inputs that improve the design
Collaborate with other designers and contribute to building a strong design community
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
7+ years of experience designing digital products, with a focus on UX/UI design
A portfolio of work demonstrating your expertise in designing successful commerce experiences
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking and methodologies
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Location & Collaboration Requirements
Candidates must be located in the EU (ideally Ireland) or the UK. This role requires collaboration with teams in India and the United States and will include occasional meetings in the early evening (local time).
