The EMEA PR Manager will shape and elevate our public relations and external communications across EMEA. In this role,you will help strengthen Zoom’s corporate reputation, drive thought leadership, and amplify product and partner narratives to grow awareness and influence in the region. As part of our global external communications team and the wider Marketing organization, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and relationship-building. This will have you partnering with senior leaders, media, and industry stakeholders to bring Zoom’s vision to life across a variety of countries and cultures. This role will report to the EMEA Communications Lead.

About the Team

The Zoom EMEA Communications Team drives the narrative of Zoom across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Building strong regional media relationships and delivering compelling internal and external communications that connect with diverse audiences. We work at the intersection of global strategy and local insight, ensuring every message resonates in market while supporting Zoom’s overarching business goals. Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and execution of Zoom’s EMEA communications strategy, focusing on corporate and product PR in key markets.

  • Managing and collaborating with the agency network, cultivating strong relationships with media and industry influencers.

  • Leading reputation-building initiatives by aligning with brand and business objectives through speaking opportunities, awards programs, and thought leadership activities.

  • Creating and delivering impactful local PR campaigns that address regional priorities and resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Partnering with HQ and regional teams, including marketing, government relations, and sales, to build integrated PR plans, highlight customer success stories, and leverage industry trends.

  • Acting as a trusted communications advisor to EMEA-based spokespeople and senior executives.

  • Handling inbound media requests, supporting events, and assessing speaking engagement opportunities.

  • Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on media coverage and campaign performance.

What we’re looking for

  • Bring 7+ years of public relations experience across in-house and agency roles, with a focus on technology, B2B, and corporate communications.

  • Demonstrate fluency in English and at least one additional European or Middle Eastern language.

  • Build and maintain strong media relationships, with a proven ability to establish new connections.

  • Work effectively in global, multicultural environments, managing cross-border communications.

  • Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant, high-impact PR programs.

  • Deliver compelling, adaptable storytelling across various formats and platforms.

  • Understand the European tech landscape and AI-related regulations; leverage industry networks.

  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented mindset; thrive in fast-paced settings and embrace hands-on responsibilities.
