The roleWe are looking for a motivated Power Platform Developer to join our team and help us build and maintain advanced business applications using Microsoft’s Power Platform. This role is a great fit for someone who is familiar with Power Apps and Power Automate, and has at least partial exposure to broader development concepts like API integration, database management, and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and customize Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps, ensuring usability and responsiveness.
- Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to support complex business processes, including advanced error handling, concurrency, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external APIs via custom connectors.
- Troubleshoot, test, and debug apps and flows, using browser tools, run history, logging, and analytics.
- Support ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) between environments using environment variables, connection references, and solution packaging.
- Maintain and extend data models, manage permissions, and ensure secure, efficient storage and access across platforms.
- Design intuitive UIs that align with Microsoft’s Fluent UI and responsive design principles.
- Contribute to AI-driven capabilities, such as using AI Builder or Azure Cognitive Services.
- Work with Power Pages, Azure backend services, and advanced networking integrations.
- Over 2 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in building Canvas and Model-Driven Apps with strong Power Fx formula skills and gallery/component usage.
- Advanced Power Automate capabilities including triggers, error handling, concurrency, and JSON/XML manipulation.
- Deep understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL schemas, and API integration using REST, OAuth2, and custom connectors.
- Solid grasp of UI/UX principles with experience in Fluent UI, HTML, responsive containers, and accessibility standards.
- Hands-on experience with AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, Microsoft Graph API, and (optionally) Power Pages.
