About the team and the role:

We partner with our customers to remove barriers for growth, build loyalty to the eBay marketplace through understanding the needs of seller businesses, taking ownership, and driving seller profitability. The Growth Adviser will proactively enable marketplace growth by developing long-term relationships with strategic sellers. You will develop tailored business plans to ensure each business achieves their growth goals on eBay. They will be the single point of contact for relevant queries and will perform monthly health checks and business reviews to ensure the success of each customer.

What you will accomplish:

  • Analyze and improve seller performance using our internal CRM tool, focusing on aligning their activities with customer priorities and business goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with sellers via email and weekly phone calls to discuss progress and address any concerns.
  • Document all interactions, goals, and progress for each seller using Customer Support (CS) tools.
  • Provide comprehensive support to high-value sellers on issues such as growth strategies, technical problems, billing, shipping programs, and policy questions.
  • Educate and mentor sellers on new platform updates and seller release rollouts to ensure they are well-informed and able to adapt.
  • Manage relationships within a specific vertical, collaborating with managers and leads, onboarding new merchants, and participating in pilots to increase business unit revenue streams.

  • Demonstrates a strong commercial acumen with a history of exceeding performance targets.
  • Skilled in communication and influence across all organizational levels with a credible and effective presence.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail and adept at problem-solving with a flexible approach.
  • Knowledgeable about e-commerce business models, adaptable to change, and able to travel as a representative of the eBay brand.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment, with fluency in both Polish and English.
