Job Description

We are looking for a Program Assistant who is detail-oriented, highly organized and possesses excellent communication skills to assist in coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and supporting the project team in delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist PMO and Delivery in administrative tasks, communication and cooperation with other departments
  • Craft and maintain project documentation
  • Prepare presentations and other communication materials for project stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, taking minutes, and ensuring action items are assigned and tracked
  • Prepare and analyze financial documentation

Qualifications

  • Good oral and written English (upper-intermediate and higher level is required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (use of formulas, pivot tables).
  • Organizational skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace is essential. 
  • Attention to detail: for handling sensitive project information and completing tasks with accuracy. 
  • Strong work ethic: a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, IT specialists, and other team members is essential. 
  • Basic understanding of IT project, service, and product management methodologies.
