Overview:

Reporting to the Director, Performance Programs; a Program Specialist contributes to the completion of a project primarily by performing specific tasks and responsibilities assigned

to them. This role will help design and execute projects to enable and continuously develop awareness, knowledge, and capability of our PreSales and Sales teams - including PreSales Learning & Development, Solution Demonstration Standardization and Tools, Customer Engagement Model, and Value Selling.


RESPONSIBILITES:

• Task Execution: Carrying out the tasks assigned to them according to the project plan and timeline.

• Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Communication: Keeping the project manager and other stakeholders informed about progress, challenges, and any changes that may impact the project.

• Problem-Solving: Identifying and addressing issues that arise during the project and proposing solutions to keep the project on track.

• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that their work meets the required quality standards and contributes to the overall success of the project.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Microsoft 365 Technical Skills: Experience in configuration, use, and integration of Microsoft 365 suite of productivity tools.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Collaboration Tools: Experience using Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration, including chat, video conferencing, and file sharing.
    • Document Management: Familiarity with SharePoint for document storage, management, and collaboration.
    • Cloud Services: Knowledge of OneDrive for Business for cloud storage and file synchronization.
    • AI-Powered Features: Familiarity with AI-driven tools and features within Microsoft 365 apps, such as Copilot in Word and Excel.

Additional Technical Skills: Experience with software demonstration augmentation tools and screen recording & video editing software considered advantageous.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive use of the computer, which involves viewing a monitor and keyboarding for most of the workday.

• Placing and receiving phone / Microsoft Teams calls

• Situational travel required as needed.
