We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in native advertising to join our marketing
team. You will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing ROI across various native ad
platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage native advertising campaigns across platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, or similar.
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet performance goals.
• Create compelling ad copy and coordinate with the creative team to produce high-converting content.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets efficiently to achieve cost-effective customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically native ads (2+ years).
• Strong understanding of native ad platforms and optimization techniques.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional skills in A/B testing, targeting, and ROI optimization.
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience in running campaigns for subscription business, or mobile marketing.
• Familiarity with other ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
