The Role

We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to build and scale our HR function from scratch to support our global teams across Norway, Sweden, Ireland, and the US. This role will build the HR function and will own all aspect of HR, it is a true builder and generalist role.

Candidates must have demonstrated experience:

  • Working at a startup;
  • Building a HR function from the ground up;
  • Serving as the sole HR professional within an organization; and
  • Operating as a broad generalist across multiple areas of HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple functions and geographies.
  • People Operations
    • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
    • Own core people operations, including HR systems, employee records, benefits administration, and documentation.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and people programs in compliance with local employment regulations.
  • Performance & Talent Management
    • Support performance management, employee development, and talent planning initiatives.
    • Identify high and low performers and partner with leaders to develop appropriate action plans.
  • HR Strategy & Analytics
    • Monitor and improve key people metrics, providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Employee Relations
    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters, policies, and HR best practices.

Requirements
  • high-growth startup environment experience
  • 4+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations across one or more of our operating regions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and highly collaborative environment.
