Title and Summary

People Specialist

Overview
The People Specialist is part of the European HR organisation and supports the Dublin Tech Hub.
Role
Provide accurate and timely general HR administrative support, to busy Dublin People Business Partners and wider UK & Ireland People & Capability Team
Run and analyse HR metrics and develop people insights
Support co-ordination of on-boarding and learning programs, wellness activities and employee communications
Develop innovative solutions to improve HR processes, and deliver priceless employee experiences and engagement
Support work authorisation process and develop tracker for monitoring and compliance
Support Business Resource Groups s to ensure alignment to overall business strategy
Support campus recruitment and on-boarding at a local level
Requirements:
• Previous HR Administration experience, supporting a tech organisation is preferred.
• Irish employment law knowledge an advantage
• Effective coaching skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders across all levels, functions to implement organisational change
• Business degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent
