We’re now hiring an experienced People & Culture Manager to support our expansion and strengthen a people focused, performance driven culture.

The role

As People & Culture Manager for Munters Ireland, you will be a strategic partner to the business and a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. You will lead the full People agenda — from talent acquisition and workforce planning to performance development, employee relations, compensation, and compliance. The Irish entity encompasses approximately 250 employees, including one main production site in Cork Little Island and three facilities in New Market, Carrigaline and Dublin. In your team there is 1 P&C Generalist, and you work closely with the payroll coordinator.

As P&C Manager Ireland you are a part of the DCT People & Culture Team. In your role, you also collaborate with global colleagues and implement global initiatives within your area of responsibility. You report to, and closely collaborate with, the VP People & Culture DCT.

This role is key in supporting our continued growth were attracting and developing the right talent is critical.

Expectation to be on site most of the time. Possibility to work remotely occasionally.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive People strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead recruitment and build strong talent pipelines
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
  • Support leaders in performance, feedback, and employee relations
  • Implement training and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation
  • Use People data and metrics to guide decision making

What you bring

  • Degree/Master’s in HR
  • Broad HR experience, preferably in a technical/industrial setting
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Solid understanding of Irish employment law
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with industrial operations is a plus
