Purpose of the role
To take responsibility for end-to-end local Platform management including – strategy design & execution, scalable and stable platform for client & colleagues, regulatory risk mitigation & management, platform development.
Accountabilities
- Business ownership of system, processes & procedures on the platform and end to end client journey management, oversight, business continuity & service recovery.
- Management, understanding and interpretation of local & group regulatory requirements & standards.
- Driving Platform strategy and change agenda, seeking innovative solutions to differentiate, streamline and de-risk the platform to directly contribute to client experience, Banker efficiency and managing / reducing regulatory risk.
- Using KPIs and data to monitor and measure of the platform effectiveness and change improvements.
- Managing, reporting and representing the platform performance at relevant governance fora.
- External (where required) and internal stakeholder management including regulators, senior leaders, client facing colleagues and infrastructure partners.
- Provision of guidance, coaching and support to improve colleagues' delivery quality.

In this role you will support the end-to-end local platform management for a scalable and stable service delivery for clients and colleagues, regulatory risk mitigation and business development. You will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of projects and initiatives pertaining to the growth strategy and change management/oversight for systems, process and procedures including internal suppliers of services.
To be successful as a Private Bank Europe Platform Manager, you should have:
Experience in Client Services or Operational Processing in a Financial Services environment.
Strong communication skills - verbal and written (using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of issues.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in supporting the management of outsourcing or internal intragroup suppliers.
Operational Excellence/transformation/project management (PRINCE2/Agile/Lean Six Sigma).

This role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working model of minimum 2 days per week in office.
