As a Payments Sales Analyst within the Italian Coverage Team, you will support the team in managing and developing relationships with Large Corporate clients. You'll coordinate with product, sales, and implementation teams to deliver tailored treasury solutions, assist with client onboarding and KYC, and take ownership of reporting and strategic analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with internal aspects of existing client relationships and support new business development.
  • Coordinate with product and country teams to deliver global treasury solutions.
  • Work closely with Corporate Banking, Sales Officers, and Management on client initiatives and projects.
  • Join client meetings and calls, ensuring timely call reports and follow-up.
  • Support sales managers and teams with client coverage and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Manage onboarding and KYC processes for clients.
  • Prepare and review marketing materials, presentations, and pitch books.
  • Coordinate approval processes with Product, Compliance, and Legal teams.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end deal management and product rollouts.
  • Analyze key revenue and pipeline data for monthly management reports.
  • Conduct research on client portfolios and prospective clients.
  • Partner in annual client account planning and market sizing analysis.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with outstanding academic credentials.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • High service orientation, motivation, and integrity.
  • Strong communication skills across seniority levels and business areas.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint (PitchPro) and Excel.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and commercial mindset.
  • Team player with a hands-on approach.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience in financial services or client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with treasury products and solutions.
  • Exposure to sales support or strategic analysis.
