About the role We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and scale HiBob's partner ecosystem across EuroWest, with a primary focus on Spain and Portugal.
Spain represents the largest opportunity within the EuroWest region and will be the primary focus of this role. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and growing strategic partners that generate pipeline and drive new business.
This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role where you will play a key role in expanding HiBob's presence in one of our most important growth markets, working closely with our GTM teams to create a thriving partner channel.
The ideal candidate combines strong partner development experience with a deep understanding of the Spanish business landscape and an existing network within the HR, consulting, technology, or SaaS ecosystem. Job Requirements

- 4-7+ years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, Alliances, Business Development, or a related role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Native or fluent Spanish (C1+ required) and strong English communication skills.
- Existing network within the Spanish business ecosystem, ideally across HR, consulting, technology, or SaaS partners.
- Experience recruiting, activating, and growing partners that generate measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience managing partner opportunities throughout the sales cycle and contributing to pipeline generation or revenue targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from individual contributors through to executive leadership.
- Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market plans and partner enablement initiatives.
- Comfortable building a partner portfolio from scratch in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify mutual value creation opportunities.
- Experience in HR technology, HCM, payroll, workforce management, or related industries is a plus
- Direct sales experience is a plus.
- Portuguese language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required

- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners across Spain and Portugal, including HR consultancies, advisory firms, system integrators, technology partners, and referral partners.
- Develop and execute a partner acquisition strategy aligned to HiBob's growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
- Establish HiBob as a preferred HR technology partner within the regional ecosystem.
- Enable new partners to successfully position and implement HiBob.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners.
- Drive partner engagement through regular business planning, training, and co-selling activities.
- Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue against quarterly targets.
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of strategic partners.
- Collaborate closely with our GTM teams to maximize partner success.
- Track partner activity, pipeline, and revenue performance while continuously refining your regional partner strategy.
