Role Description

This is a full-time role within Live Nation Ireland’s Marketing Partnerships team. Reporting to the Partnerships Director, Account Management, the Marketing Partnerships Coordinator will support the management of brand partners across multiple categories while also ensuring the smooth running of team operations.

The role combines account management with team coordination and is ideal for someone who is highly organised, personable, and motivated to build a career in the live entertainment industry. The successful candidate will balance client-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes organisation, contributing to the delivery of high-quality partnerships and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Previous relevant professional experience (ideally 2+ years)

  • Experience in brand marketing and/or partnerships (brand side, agency, or rights holder) strongly preferred.

  • A strong communicator who is comfortable creating & sharing presentations with key decision makers

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel); Salesforce experience a plus.

  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial data.

  • Ability to review, streamline, and implement administration processes.

  • Skilled at travel coordination (flights, visas, transfers, accommodation).

  • Relationship builder with charisma and influence at all levels.

  • Highly motivated, conscientious, and detail oriented.

  • Resourceful, flexible, and proactive with a positive energy.

  • Proven problem-solving and crisis management ability.

  • Willing to travel and work on-site at events when required.

What the role includes

  • Supporting client relationships and day-to-day management of brand partners, working alongside Senior Account Managers and the Partnerships Director.

  • Collaborating with partners and agencies to ensure smooth delivery of contractual rights, driving tangible brand and commercial value.

  • Providing administrative support to the Marketing Partnerships team.

  • Researching and preparing partner proposals and presentations.

  • Contributing to pitches for existing and prospective partners.

  • Coordinating ticketing for venues, outdoor shows, and festivals.

  • Managing purchase orders, invoices, and departmental finance processes.

  • Preparing financial reports and working in Salesforce.

  • Coordinating team documents, files, and office supplies.

  • Supporting partner social and digital activations.

  • Contributing to creative brainstorms with fresh ideas and innovative thinking.

  • Acting as point of contact for building management, IT, maintenance, and cleaning services.

  • Booking and coordinating travel for the Marketing Partnerships team and visiting guests (flights, visas, transfers, accommodation).
