Driving the long-term success of CarTrawler’s partnerships sits at the heart of this 12-month fixed-term Partner Relationship Manager role. The PRM owns the strategic direction, commercial performance and growth agenda for a portfolio of core partners, including responsibility for our longtail partner base. Working at the intersection of strategy, trading and product, the role shapes how partnerships evolve, scale and deliver mutual value. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior partner stakeholders and an internal advocate across CarTrawler, this position plays a critical role in unlocking sustainable growth and strengthening our partnership ecosystem.

What you’ll do as a Partner Relationship Manager
- Own the strategic direction and commercial performance of a defined portfolio of partners, setting clear growth plans aligned to both partner and CarTrawler objectives.
- Develop and execute partner strategies and account plans, identifying opportunities to expand scope, optimise performance and deepen long-term value.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partner leadership, building strong senior relationships and leading commercial conversations, renewals and negotiations.
- Translate partner needs, market dynamics and competitive insights into clear internal priorities, influencing trading, product and commercial decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Trading squads to shape pricing strategies, performance levers and opportunity backlogs that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
- Champion partners internally, removing structural or operational barriers to growth and ensuring aligned, effective cross-functional delivery.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to assess partner performance, financial health and growth potential.
- Experience managing or influencing complex stakeholder relationships, including senior internal and external decision-makers.
- Confidence interpreting and communicating trading performance, commercial drivers and financial metrics in a clear, compelling way.
- A strategic mindset that balances long-term partnership value with near-term performance delivery.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, technology, data and revenue teams to turn insight into action.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach, with curiosity for market trends, competitor activity and innovative ways to scale partnerships.
