Job Description

Northern Data Group, is seeking for a dynamic and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth through partnerships. This role involves collaborating with partners to create joint marketing plans, managing co-marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective communication and alignment between partners and internal teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with business objectives together with the Head of Group Marketing and Director of Partner Business Development.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact for marketing-related activities.

  • Understand partner business models, goals, and objectives to create mutually beneficial marketing plans.

  • Conduct regular meetings with partners to review performance, share insights, and identify new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, webinars, content creation, and more.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as Product, Sales, and Group Marketing) to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.

  • Manage the execution of co-marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.

  • Develop marketing materials and assets for partner campaigns, including brochures, case studies, presentations, and digital content.

  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the value proposition of the partnership.

  • Track and analyze the performance of partner marketing campaigns, using data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, successes, and learnings.

  • Manage the partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Monitor and control expenses related to partner marketing activities, ensuring they stay within the allocated budget.

  • Plan and execute joint events with partners, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional activities.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
