Location

We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in one of our key office locations: Dublin. Our interns will be hybrid -  sometimes you'll work from home, sometimes you'll work from the office. Managers and their organization will determine the frequency you'll need to go into the office to meet priorities.

Please note, we are seeking individuals based in Dublin.

Team Overview

Okta’s Partner Marketing team plays a pivotal role in fostering and expanding the success of the company's partner ecosystem, which includes solution providers, distributors, global system integrators (GSIs), and technology partners. This team is dedicated to collaborating with partners to deliver integrated identity solutions that meet diverse customer needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Partner Marketing Intern will support the Partner Marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at promoting partnerships, managing internal and external relationships, execution of partner marketing campaigns, tracking performance and providing insights to optimise partnerships for mutual benefit.

This role provides hands-on experience in integrated marketing campaigns, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist with the implementation of partner marketing campaigns, including managing timelines, and coordinating with internal teams.  Ensure the correct allocation and utilisation of MDF (Market Development Funds) in line with company themes and objectives, and execution of Global and EMEA-led partner marketing campaigns across various channels like email, social media, content marketing, and events. 
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and provide insights to optimise partner marketing strategies. 
  • Internal Partner Toolkit Management: Update and maintain partner toolkits to ensure cross-functional collaboration, including internal campaign decks and resources.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external partners 
  • Marketing knowledge across various channels like email, social media, content marketing, and events 
  • Analytical skills to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights 
  • Project management skills to manage multiple partner initiatives and deadlines 
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom and CRM tools (SFDC, Tableau)
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative co-marketing campaigns  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
