  • Partner Executive – Benelux (MSP & Strategic Partners)Role Overview

    The Partner Executive is a key business-driving role within SUSE Benelux, responsible for expanding our Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem, growing revenue through existing partners, and supporting the Head of Channel with our top strategic alliances.

    This is a hands-on, execution-focused position for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating pipeline, and converting opportunities into results. You’ll balance short-term sales delivery with long-term partner development, turning SUSE’s open-source technology and European identity into a clear commercial advantage across the region.

    You will be expected to take ownership, move fast, and bring ideas that drive measurable growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and expand the MSP partner landscape in Benelux: identify, recruit, and onboard new MSPs with strong cloud, infrastructure, and services capabilities.
    • Drive revenue and pipeline through partner-led opportunities, working closely with Account Executives to ensure alignment between partner priorities and SUSE’s regional business goals.
    • Manage and grow existing MSP and reseller relationships, focusing on execution: deal registration, renewals, enablement, and marketing activation.
    • Support the Head of Channel with day-to-day execution for strategic partners, ensuring joint business plans, quarterly reviews, and marketing initiatives deliver tangible outcomes.
    • Build joint go-to-market plans with partners that map to SUSE’s growth areas (Linux, Cloud, Security, Edge, Sovereign IT), including pipeline targets, campaign activities, and enablement milestones.
    • Measure partner impact through contribution metrics such as pipeline generated, certifications achieved, incremental revenue, and renewals, and continuously raise the bar.
    • Work closely with marketing to translate plans into pipeline: activate MDF, promote partner success stories, and co-drive local events and campaigns.
    • Act as a connector and coach within the ecosystem, ensuring partners know how to access SUSE resources, programs, and support.
    • Own your growth: actively develop your sales skills, product understanding, and market knowledge. Bring curiosity, accountability, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
    Skills & Experience
    • Proven experience in a partner-facing or channel sales role, ideally within cloud, infrastructure, or software ecosystems in Benelux
    • Track record of building new business through partners, especially MSPs, VARs, or SIs, and managing multi-stakeholder relationships in Benelux
    • Fluent Dutch, English - French an added bonus
    • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
    • Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure domains such as Linux, hybrid cloud, container management, edge computing, and security.
    • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC) and a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Clari) and data-driven forecasting.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable in C-level discussions but equally effective driving execution on the ground.
    • Growth mindset: curious, coachable, resilient, and eager to learn fast.
    • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and takes ownership without waiting for direction
    What Success Looks Like
    • Several new MSP partners onboarded and transacting within the first 12 months.
    • Tangible revenue growth and renewals from existing MSPs.
    • Active collaboration with AEs and Marketing resulting in measurable pipeline acceleration.
    • Recognition as a trusted, proactive advisor by partners and internal stakeholders alike.
