Job Summary

The Partner Acceleration Community Program Manager owns the design and execution of Equinix's partner community ecosystem — the programs, forums, events, and engagement mechanisms that build partner loyalty, knowledge, and advocacy at scale. This role recognizes that partners who are connected to a community sell more, stay longer, and represent Equinix more credibly than those who engage transactionally. The ideal candidate combines program management discipline with a genuine passion for community building and partner experience, and brings experience scaling partner communities in enterprise technology environments.

Responsibilities

Partner Community Design & Management

  • Own the strategy and execution of Equinix's partner community — defining the community model, engagement architecture, and value proposition for partners who participate

  • Build and manage partner forums, working groups, advisory councils, and peer networks that create genuine value for partners beyond the commercial relationship

  • Design tiered community engagement — ensuring Big Bet partners, strategic alliances, and long-tail partners each have an appropriate community touchpoint

Partner Events & Engagement Programs

  • Own the partner events calendar — including partner summits, regional roundtables, Connect participation, and virtual engagement programs

  • Design and execute partner recognition programs — awards, certifications, and public acknowledgment that celebrate partner performance and deepen loyalty

  • Build co-marketing and co-brand opportunities that give partners visibility and recognition within the Equinix ecosystem

Partner Advocacy & Voice of Partner

  • Build the mechanisms through which partner feedback is captured, synthesized, and fed back into the Build and Activation factories as actionable intelligence

  • Manage the partner advisory council — defining the charter, recruiting members, and facilitating sessions that produce genuine partner input into Equinix's strategy

  • Track partner NPS and community engagement metrics, using data to demonstrate the commercial value of community investment

Program Operations

  • Own the operational infrastructure of the partner community — registration platforms, communication cadences, content libraries, and engagement tracking

  • Work closely with Marketing and Enablement to ensure community content is current, high-quality, and aligned to partner needs

  • Build and maintain the partner community playbook — scalable processes and tooling that allow the program to grow without proportional headcount increases

Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proven years in partner community management, partner marketing, or partner experience roles in enterprise technology or SaaS

  • Proven track record building and scaling partner community programs — not just maintaining existing ones

  • Experience designing and executing partner events at scale — from global summits to regional roundtables

  • Familiarity with community engagement platforms and the operational infrastructure required to run partner communities at scale

  • Experience capturing and synthesizing partner feedback and translating it into program improvements

Skills & Attributes

  • Community builder — genuinely believes that partner relationships built on shared purpose outperform transactional ones

  • Program management discipline — runs multiple simultaneous programs with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics

  • Partner empathy — designs engagement programs that address what partners actually care about, not just what Equinix wants to communicate

  • Creative — finds new ways to create partner value and recognition that go beyond standard program mechanics

  • Data-driven — measures community engagement and partner loyalty and can connect community investment to commercial outcomes
