Role Overview:

We’re looking for a social media specialist with a minimum of 3 years experience who has already driven paid social media campaigns across multiple channels with excellent results. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and who can get stuck into exciting campaigns with some of our biggest clients immediately. 

As Paid Social Media Specialist, you will act as a strategic advisor to some of our largest clients, shaping long-term paid social media strategies that align with their broader marketing and business goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning 

Lead the development of strategic frameworks that drive client growth through paid social media and creative.

Translate audience, market, and platform insights into actionable strategies that guide executional teams.

Work closely with our creative team, ensuring their creatives are in-line with the client’s goals and agreed strategies.

2. Campaign Implementation & Optimisation 

Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.

Build, launch, and optimise campaigns to meet performance goals.

Manage audience segmentation, creative testing, and bid/budget strategies.

Collaborate with our creative team to provide data-backed recommendations for assets and messaging.

Produce clear, actionable reports with insights and recommendations.

3. Client Communication & Collaboration

Act as the primary point of contact for paid social activity on assigned accounts.

Present campaign performance and insights to clients in a clear, professional manner.

Work closely with account management, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.

Advise clients on best practices, emerging trends, and platform updates.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 3+ years hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns 
  • Deep platform knowledge across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, or similar.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results and managing budgets efficiently.
  • Experience with pixel setup, conversion tracking, and attribution.
