Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Paid Marketing Manager to join the Paid Acquisition team at Smartbox.
In this role, you will be part of a team who are responsible for driving our online acquisition strategy, managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing media spend, and ultimately delivering high-quality customers to Smartbox.
You will play a crucial part in scaling our paid marketing efforts, analyzing results, and making strategic adjustments to drive growth and customer acquisition.
We’re looking for a high achiever who has no problems working autonomously and bringing new strategic initiatives to the table to help the Acquisition channels grow.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Management: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, display, partner channels) to drive online traffic and conversions.
- Budget Management: Monitor and optimize media spend across platforms, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI while meeting performance goals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools (Power BI, GA4) to track key performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement.
- Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Leverage audience data and insights to refine targeting strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance ad personalization.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Drive ongoing experimentation to optimize creative assets, landing pages, and ad copy for performance improvement.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams, including Trading, Category, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and campaigns with overall business goals and objectives.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Essential Competencies/ skills :
- 5+ years of experience in paid marketing, preferably in house, with substantial exposure to ecommerce marketplaces.
- A proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across search, social and programmatic.
- High level of Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
- A deep knowledge and understanding
of attribution models and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- High level troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong Communicator: Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to present data insights clearly and persuasively.
